Ed Finally Starts

Just as Ed Reed made his debut for the 2010 NFL season this last Sunday, so will Ed Read make a glorious start to his blog. For those of you fortunate enough to actually read this post, I congratulate you on the opportunity at hand: soon enough, you will be able to brag to your friends that you were a loyal “Ed Read-er” since the very first post. You will never be in danger of being labeled with the dreaded “Band-Wagon” tag, much like the current entirety of San Francisco (and even parts of Los Angeles!) as the Giants go to the World Series. But in all seriousness, I want to thank you for taking your time to read this blog, and as it develops into the dramatic story lines of the NFL and the fickle rosters of invested fantasies, I will try my best to always make it worth your time.

And on that note, who else kept Darren McFadden on the bench this last week… and lost because of it? I know I did! The same goes for Kenny Britt. If there’s anything at all this strange season that we can declare certain, I think both players just cemented their statuses as “Fantasy Studs” for the remainder of the season. Bench at your own peril.
